I love helping people and I have found that I excel at helping people achieve their real estate goals! My real estate journey started in 2006 when I purchased my first home in Playa Vista. It was a crazy time in real estate, just a few years before the mortgage crisis and the eventual meltdown of home values. Playa Vista was a new neighborhood at that time so many of the homeowners had very little equity, if any, when prices started coming down. Most people in the neighborhood found themselves owing much more than their home was worth, including me. As a result, there were a lot of foreclosures and short sales in Playa Vista. I became certified in short sales and started helping people avoid foreclosure. I did this by helping homeowners get the banks to modify their loans or negotiate with the banks to allow a short sale on properties. I was one of the only Realtors in the area that dug in and specialized in short sales so many other realtors hired me to help them negotiate with the banks as well. During this time I realized how much I truly enjoyed helping people, even during a difficult time. Because of my efforts I was fortunate to build a reputation as a hard working, successful, and conscientious real estate agent. As the world came out of the mortgage crisis my business started to grow and it has continued to grow over the years. From 2006 to now I have become the #1 real estate agent in Playa Vista and have maintained this status since 2019. Beginning in 2018 I started a real estate team, Team Tami, that has allowed me to expand into Playa del Rey, Westchester and other neighboring areas. Kristen is a Los Angeles native who grew up in Westchester and the South Bay. She currently resides in Westchester with her husband and her 4-year old daughter. Kristen is considered an expert in the various pocket communities in each area, and can help her clients find their own perfect home in the location that best suits their needs.
With a former career in production and post-production, as well as a stint as a stay-at-home-mom and successful small shop entrepreneur, Kristen’s varied skillset makes her extremely qualified to handle her client’s home-buying process with accuracy, tenacity and integrity.
Kristen’s love for design, architecture and home décor has given her a discerning eye for style. She knows how to find the right home to match each client’s own style. When she’s not showing properties to buyers, you can find her hanging with her family and friends, working out, going to the beach, enjoying some wine, and exploring fashion and home design articles.

Ziari Aguilar hails from a family of realtors and grew up immersed in LA’s unique real estate market. He graduated with honors from California State University Long Beach where he earned a degree in business marketing. With a solid background in digital marketing as well as the hospitality industry, Ziari is an effective communicator with exceptional experience in strategically marketing properties.
As a native Angelino, Ziari has extensive knowledge of Playa Vista and the surrounding areas. He feels lucky to have been a home owner at a young age and draws from his personal experience to service his clients with the support and guidance they need. Exercising crystal-clear communication and complete transparency, Ziari uses a hands-on approach throughout the process managing small details such as coordinating storage and repairs, to complex negotiations and achieving record-breaking sales.

Brendan Huben was born and raised in the South Bay, where he developed his interest in real estate and beach city living at a young age. Brendan graduated from the University of San Diego with a business degree in marketing and a minor in real estate. Brendan serves as a valuable asset during a transaction with his business education and real estate experience. He exemplifies integrity, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail. Prior to entering real estate, Brendan worked as an L.A. City Open Water Lifeguard during the summer. In his few hours of spare time, he can be seen at the beach surfing, biking, or playing volleyball.
